The JLR Distilling Co. debuted their premium whiskey dubbed “Bird Beak Blend” in the summer of 2010. Working with the owners of the small operation, a logo and label were developed to reflect the potent nature of the whiskey with a proof of 101.

This whiskey is not for the faint of heart. Hence the bird skull was incorporated into the logo as a warning.
